Keep a track of what you’re eating by ensuring you have a healthy diet and eat multiple small meals through the day; this keeps snacking to a minimum. Avoid processed and sugary food. Cut down on any food that could stick to your teeth or leave a residue. Steer clear of alcohol and cigarettes as they contain toxic substances that damage the enamel of your teeth.
