  • some herbal tea
  • your favourite bath products
  • a nightdress made from a breathable fabric such as cotton

Step two:Relax with a nice, warm bath. After a long day, it?s the perfect way to prepare for bed. Use some bubble bath, some of your favourite aromatherapy oil and a scented candle to unwind. Lavender, vanilla, jasmine, ylang ylang and rose are all scents to soothe the senses.

Step three: Once you?ve finished your bath, rehydrate yourself with a cup of herbal tea. Most of them are caffeine-free (except green and black teas) so you be kept up all night, while teas like chamomile and peppermint not only help you to unwind, but can also help boost your immune system. night rest
Step four: The most important thing you can do to make sure you have a good night's sleep is ensure yourself a comfortable sleeping environment. Turn off any electrical appliances and make sure you are sleeping on nice, soft sheets. night rest
