How not to: If your life is all go, go, go, it is important that you take some real time out. How to do Breathing Exercise @ Reward Me
Plan: All you need to complete these relaxing breathing exercises is:

  • a yoga mat
  • a towel
  • some relaxing music

Step 1 @ Reward Me
Step 1: Start by listening to something calming music while focusing on your breathing. Remember: in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Step 2:ÿAs you start to unwind, roll out your mat and life on the floor. If the small of your back needs some support, put a folded towel just above the arch of your bottom. Then close your eyes and focus on taking deep, steady breaths. Do this for a couple of minutes or for as long as it takes you to feel comfortable. Step 3 @ Reward Me
Step 3: Next, raise your arms to the count of ten while breathing in and then lower your arms, also to the count of ten while breathing out. Repeat this 12 times. Step 4 @ Reward Me
Step 4: Then, sit up and continue deep breathing. To make sure you are doing it correctly, put your hands on your chest ? as you breathe in and your lungs fill with air your hand should come up and as you breathe out and your hand should go down. Repeat this 12 times.

Step 5: Finish your breathing exercises by giving yourself a back massage. Lying down, hold your knees to your chest and then slowly roll back and forth to unknot your spine. Repeat this 12 times. How to breathe to relax
