Prepare Vegetarian Recipe of Zucchini Chips for Kids

Ingredients (serves 2 people)

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chili powder, cumin, other seasonings (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

  2. Slice zucchini into thin slices. Spread out on a baking sheet in one layer. Brush tops with olive oil. Sprinkle with pinch of salt and pepper. Add additional seasonings if desired.

  3. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes until crisp. Remove from oven, let cool and then serve.
