Ingredients (serves 12 people)
- 200g flour
- 2,5ml salt
- 2,5ml cayenne pepper
- 180g butter, softened
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 75g grated Parmesan
- 125g mature cheddar, finely grated
- 50g pecan nuts, toasted and chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 160ºC. Sift together flour, salt and cayenne pepper.
Place the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat for 1 minute. Add the egg and continue to beat for another minute. Stir in the dry ingredients, cheese and nuts.
