Ingredients (serves 1 people)

  • 6 leaves, romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 6 stalks, kale, inner ribs removed and roughly chopped
  • 1-2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • ½ - 1 cup water
