Ingredients (serves 2 people)

  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) dried oregano
  • 1 (20-ounce) (565 gram) can cannellini beans, rinsed
  • 1 (6-ounce) (170 mL) can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 heart of romaine lettuce, chopped (about 3 cups (750 mL)
