Ingredients (serves 4 people)

  • 2 bags (12 ounce) (340 grams) spinach
  • 2 cups (500 mL) strawberries, chopped
  • 1 bunch raw broccoli, chopped
  • 4 ounces (115 grams) Asiago cheese, shaved
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced thin
  • 3 tablespoons (45 mL) red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  1. Toss together spinach, strawberries, broccoli and red onion
