INGRÉDIENTS (pour 5 gourmands)

  1. One baguette
  2. 240g ricotta
  3. 250ml double cream
  4. Mixed nuts (such as walnuts, pine nuts and hazelnuts)
  5. 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  6. 1 egg
  7. 80g freshly grated Parmesan
  8. 100g spinach

PRÉPARATION

1. Blanch the spinach and drain thoroughly. Lightly beat the egg before mixing in the ricotta and grated Parmesan. Chop the spinach and add to the ricotta and egg mix.

2. Cut the baguette in half and brush with olive oil. Then, spread the ricotta and spinach mix on the bread. Crumble a few nuts on top and then drizzle a little honey over everything. Cut the baguettes into quarters and then place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
