How to make kids go nuts for cheesy crostini

Vegetarian recipes don’t always have to be packed with leafy greens – especially when it comes to kids. This honey-nut and ricotta crostini, for example, is a simple, modern spin on classic Italian comfort food. And the sole green presence of spinach adds welcome freshness – not to mention mineral-rich health benefits.
