How to make a healthy burger

Beef burgers are great on taste but you wouldn't exactly call them health food. We've got a great fish burger recipe that is low-fat and high in taste.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and shallow fry until they are golden brown and done. The small burgers should take about 4-6 minutes, the bigger burgers 8-10 minutes.make_a_healthy_burger

Now make your yoghurt mayo by mixing the yoghurt, mayonnaise, chives and onions in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.make_a_healthy_burger

Serve on a multigrain roll with some lettuce, cucumber and the yoghurt mayo.make_a_healthy_burger

Whisk an egg in a mixing bowl. Separately, ground down the fish fillets in a food processor, mixing in the other egg, the mustard, the salt and the pepper to taste. Shape this mixture into four large or eight small burgers which you should then dip in the whisked egg and then the breadcrumbs. Just make sure that the crumbs completely cover the burgers.
