Chocolate & cashew nut shards
Everyone will go nuts for your ‘homemade’ chocolate! Mum’s the word that you churned them out in 15 minutes…
Ingredients (serves 6 people)
- 200 g 70% dark chocolate
- 100 g cashew nuts, toasted and roughly chopped
- 50 g dried cranberries
- 100 g pistachio nuts, shelled & chopped
Directions
1. Break the chocolate up into rough chunks, place in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water and allow to melt.
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper, scatter over the cashew nuts, cranberries and pistachios. Pour the melted chocolate over the nuts and berries and allow to set completely. When set, break or cut into shards.
3. Serve with coffee or store in an airtight container for your guests to take home.
