1. Power cleanse

3. Anti-age your eyes

Take a swipe at puffy eyes with a 30 second eye massage. Anastasia explains: ‘Using an eye cream such as Regenerist Revitalising Eye Serum, or your favourite moisturiser, apply one or two pumps onto your ring fingers, then beginning at the inner corner of the lower lash area, massage into skin in a complete full circle around the eye’s orbital bone. Repeat a few times until the cream has completely absorbed. 4. Facial work-out!

A contoured jaw line is an instant youth booster.
