Steps to the Corpse or Shavasana:

Step 1: Lie face-up on a yoga matwith your legs close to each other but not touching. Let your palms face up and hold your arms close your body.
Step 2: Gently close your eyes, inhale and exhale through your nose.
Step 3: Once you have achieved a substantial state of mental relaxation, one by one focus on every part of your body and try and relax it.
Step 4: Remain in this pose for about 5 minutes before gently opening your eyes.

Standing Forward Bend:

If you’re flexible then this pose will work wonders for you.

Steps to do Standing Forward Bend:

Step 1: Stand straight with feet parallel to your hips.
Step 2: Making sure your spine is erect, bend your body at the hips until you touch the floor with your fingers or even better, palms.
Step 3: Every time you exhale, relax, feel the stretch and let the stress dissolve.
