3 Amazing Mud Mask Recipes For Blemish Free Skin

Mud masks are an amazing way to get clear, blemish-free skin. The best part is that these are easy to make at home and you can whip up a wonderful mask in a jiffy.

Multani Mitti Mud Mask
You will need:

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1tbsp rose water
  • 3-4 drops tea tree oil
  • 2 tbsp Multani mitti or Fuller’s earth

Preparing the mask:

  • In a clean bowl mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth paste.
  • Wash your face with warm water to clean it and open pores.
  • Apply the mud mask on the complete face except around your eyes and lips.
  • Let the mask sit for 15 minutes.
  • Don't talk or move your facial muscles much as this could crack the mask.
  • Wash it off with normal water.

Multani Mitti and Tomato Face Pack
You will need:

  • 1 teaspoon Multani Mitti
  • Some tomato juice
  • Some rose water
  • Some aloe vera juice
  • An egg
  • Some honey

Preparing the mask:

  • Mix the honey, multani mitti and rose water little by little until it forms a thick paste.
  • Now add a little of the tomato juice and aloe vera juice to the mixture, along with the egg.
  • Once all the ingredients are mixed together well, apply the paste to your face taking care to avoid the area around your eyes and lips.
  • Let it dry for 15-20 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with milk instead of water for softer skin.

White Clay Face Mask
You will need:

  • 2 tbsp white clay
  • 1 tbsp glycerine
  • 1 tbsp honey

Preparing the mask:

  • Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth paste.
  • Wash your face with warm water to clean it and open pores.
  • Cover your complete face with the mask, leaving the area around your lips and eyes.
  • Let the mask sit for 15 minutes. Don't talk or move your face much.
  • Wash the mask off with cool water and pat your face dry
