5 Yoga Poses To Fight Greying Of Hair

Brought to you by Pantene
Your body is what you eat and how you treat it; everything is in your control. Even something as seemingly inevitable like greying hair can be tackled by basic yoga poses. Master them and keep grey hair away for many years.

Some of you are blessed with naturally un-greying hair. Me, no such luck. My hair started greying in my early 30s. I still think it wasn’t so bad. There are those who went salt-n-pepper very early. Looking much, much older than your friends and colleagues isn’t a pleasant experience.

Many people resort to hair dyes. But besides the fact that it is an expensive solution, there is also the concern over the chemicals. On top of it, there is the issue of colouring once every 2-3 months. Uff, it’s just too much!

I won’t bother you with why you could have got grey hair. The causes are many, ranging from over-work to genetics to a bad lifestyle. But that’s not why you’re here. You want a remedy.

Are you aware that you can try yoga for grey hair treatment? Yes, the age-old fitness programme can work wonders on greying hair to prevent further greying and, in some cases, even reverse it.
