1. How do I register on RewardMe.in?
A: Visit www.RewardMe.in. Click on the Registration link and fill in all the details requested.. You will receive a verification code on your mobile phone. Please log in with your user name and password to enter the verification code and your registration will be complete.
2. Is it necessary to give the correct contact details? I am worried about getting junk calls or mails/ e-mails.
3. I do not have a mobile can I still register?
A: No you cannot. As mobile number and email id both are required to become a member of the program.
4. I have registerd on the site, but not received my authcode, what do i do?
A: Please send an SMS to XXXX with 'YYY' and we will resend the authcode to your mobile number so that you can complete your registration. Note that your authcode is valied only for 48 hours ,after which you will need to re-register for the new authcode.

A: You need to log in to view all these pages of the site.
2. I can't see any animation on the website. What could be the problem?
A: You may need to download a flash player. Click on http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ to download the player.
- Sample requests
1. How do I request for a sample?
A: Log into RewardMe.in and click on 'Get Free Samples'.Once you land on the Sampling Page, please share your address details, select the brand that you wish to sample. Answer three simple questions and confirm your sample request.
2. What if I don't know the answers to the questions asked?
A: Even if you do not know the answers to the question, you will be allowed to proceed and confirm your sample request. The questions are devised to help you match the product benefit with your usage pattern.
3. Where will the samples be couriered?
A: The samples will be couriered to the most updated address shared by you through your profile.
4. When will I get my ordered samples?
A: You will get your samples within 8 to 10 weeks of placing the request.
5. What if I do not get my samples within the defined time?
A: You can visit our ‘Write to us’ section and write specific complaints regarding your samples or you can email us at email@example.com to register a complaint.
6. Who can order for a sample?
A: All registered members who have completed their registration by entering the authentication code that was sent on the mobile can order samples.
7. How many samples can I order for?
A: One member can request for only one sample per product. However, you may choose to order all the samples at one time.

1. Who would answer my queries?
A: The experts from P&G will answer your queries. The replies will be collated from the intensive research that P&G has invested in and experts from all beauty and health care fields.
2. What if I do not want my questions and answers to be read by all?
A: We can e-mail the answers to your questions directly to you on your e-mail id registered with us and not post it on the website, if you indicate it when you send us your question.
3. Within how much time will the expert take to revert to my queries?
A: We will try to resolve your queries within 48 working hours. In case we are unable to do that, we will send an e-mail and let you know the status.
